What we collect, and what we refuse to
The archive works without an account. Everything below applies only if you choose to register, submit or subscribe.
01 · What we collect
For a member account: name, email, state and optionally a mobile number. For a submission: whatever you write and attach. For everyone: aggregate page counts with no individual profile and no third-party advertising trackers.
02 · What we never collect
We do not ask for your caste, category, income or identity-document number, and you should not send them. If a submission contains them we redact before review, not after publication.
03 · How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account exists, then 24 months in backup. Submissions you withdraw are removed from the site immediately and purged from backup within 90 days.
04 · Who sees it
Two named moderators for submissions, and the state coordinator for your region if you asked to be connected locally. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with a political party, ever.
05 · Your rights
Export everything we hold as a JSON file, correct anything wrong, or delete the account outright. Requests are answered within seven working days by a person, not a form.
