Using the archive and the material
The documents belong to the public. Our summaries, guides and graphics are free to reuse under one condition: do not misrepresent them.
01 · Reuse
Guides, infographics and datasets may be copied, printed and translated with attribution. Do not alter figures, and do not remove the source line beneath a chart.
02 · Documents
Government documents mirrored here are public records. We add a checksum and a provenance note; where we could not independently verify a file, it is marked as a community mirror.
03 · No legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Our summaries are written by researchers and reviewed by the legal committee, but the document itself governs where the two differ.
04 · Accuracy and corrections
We aim to be right and expect to be corrected. The corrections log is public, and an accepted correction is credited on the page it fixes.
05 · Contact for disputes
Takedown requests, factual disputes and right-of-reply requests go to the press desk and are answered within seven working days.
